I am so certain you will be pleased with the craftsmanship and style of my roses that I'll pay your return shipping costs if, for any reason, you are not satisfied. It is that simple.  Just send back the roses and I'll issue you a refund directly into your paypal account or send you a check if you sent me a check.  Note that paypal charges you a small fee for the refund.  I do not receive any of this money.  It is usually around $.80 depending on the cost of the original order.  In addition this guarantee does not take into consideration custom orders in which the standard rose is altered.   We do not offer a  refund for unique custom orders but will make every effort to satisfy your requests.

After fifteen years of service to our customers I've had only two orders returned.  The first was due to a destroyed set from rough shipping in which the critical date had passed so we could not send new ones.  The other was because a petal had fallen off. The owner did not ask for her money back. In fact, she had received it as a gift and insisted that it be repaired and not replaced due to its sentimental value. Respecting her wishes, I repaired her single red rose and Federal Expressed it right back. To this day, she keeps it on her office desk.
